Wat Trimit (The Golden Buddha Temple)
- Wat Trimit houses the biggest golden Buddha image in the world, weighs 5.5 tons 19 karat solid gold. The Buddha image was built in 1238 and was covered with cement in 1767. We discovered the gold in 1953.
